I am unable to see my bank contents, and the addon no long stores any other characters in the list, or the contents of their bags/bank.

I have the same issue

I fixed it, there is another addon in your list that saves data from other characters, I forget the name. It’s like characterbagdata or something, it’s just a single addon, that must have come as part of a bigger addon. Without that checked you’ll not be able to see other bags.

The addon that apox97 is referring to could be "BagBrother" in the enable/disable list. After reading their comment I disabled all and systematically went through each other addon to enable and test. This was the one that allowed it to work correctly for me. Thank you, sir or madam.
