Terrain Shadow Acne

Describe the bug
Terrains suffer from serious Self shadowing Acne. You have to use Bias on the Material to just get rid of it as it is not acceptable in current state.

Will cascade shadow maps help alleviate this?

That was an old branch, obsolete since now the goal is to use gdx-gltf implementation. CSM may help with the acne once added.
