Some of my players only have old PC. Anyway to make 1.4.5.4 run on x86 32-bit windows system?

Sorry, as of Java 9, 32-bit support has been dropped by Java.
They will have to install a 64 bit OS.
Alternatively, remain on older version of MT & Java, 1.4.0.5 may work, 1.3b91 will work.
