Customize font sizing

I'm thinking of using Inter for setting the body copy as well, which requires a reconsideration of sizing, leading, tracking for headings, etc.

I'd like to capture most configuration as design tokens in the tailwind configuration file, which I could capture as described here in the TailwindCSS docs.
