Header标题大小不对

Describe the bug
在markdown语法里，H1是最大的一级标题，应该比H2大，该插件里一个#代表的一级标题要比 2个##代表的二级标题要小，我看了一下，一个#被转换成了<h1>. 2个"#"被转换成了<h2>.
