Pick a nice date and time picker component and includ into project

Since Firefox 57 supports date and time input all major browsers, except Safari on Desktop, support those input fields. I'll settle for a separate time and date input. Which both utilize the native input element instead of some react library.
Eventually provide a fallback solution for safari - desktop
