Trailer get's people stuck every time they enter first time

What happened?
Yesterday, my group leader offered her trailer to me, changed the password so I could borrow it as my own, till I join the group. The first time I entered, I wasn't able to access the property from inside, or see any of the decorations, so I wasn't able to exit. I had to reach out to support, and work it out that way. Today, two of my friends have come by to visit, and the same issue has happened to them, where they can't see any decorations, and get stuck in the box, but I think the decorations are still blocking them. The location is 563 Senora Road, Harmony
Expected result
We should be able to exit the property by pressing E, but that doesn't even work.
Reproduction steps
- Enter same property or similar type, perhaps one borrowed from another specifically.
- Be unable to leave using the access property menu.

This issue is very specific to their situation so I just want to chime in a little cause I think this is a broader issue;
Instances in properties when flying in are still happening. It happened to me again today.
They've described just going in, which I cannot relate to, though flying into my property has seemly made me stuck.
Cannot reproduce.
