[FEATURE] Enable multiple colors for Workspace Icon Mappings

I like how, with Workspace Icons, I can set different icons to show whether a workspace is available, active, or occupied. I want to have the same flexibility when using the 'Map Workspaces to Icons' setting. Since we already define a JSON file to map icons and colors to workspaces, it would be great if we could also specify different colors and icons for when a workspace is available, active, or occupied.
