Permission denied in line 121 - while compiling Bazel

I have all the files in SD with 32 gb memory.
I have this error:

.
./BuildTensorflow.sh: line 121: ./compile.sh: Permission denied
Any idea ?

When the files were in SD card, it was impossible to change permission of files. When I changed location to home directory then I was able to change permission.
