[BUG] Keeps commenting same line in PR

Describe the bug
The bot keeps commenting about same TODO line in PR with subsequent commits, even though that line wasn't even touched in the later commits.

Expected behavior
No extraneous comments

EDIT: I've disabled the bot for now, as it got very annoying
