[BUG] doesn't detect changes on the body of a TODO nor doesn't show it.

Describe the bug
if a already processed todo has a change in the body in the next commit
there would be no updates on that.

To Reproduce

  1. create a tody with a body
  2. commit
  3. change the body
  4. commit

Expected behavior
update the tickets and update the comment.
