What if the user is in an emergency situation? Should we offer advice?

I'll ask SSI about the most appropriate thing to say.

On Monday, July 4 I asked SSI what they thought about this, and they said we should recommend people to contact emergency via TSI.

Eg -
"If you have a medical emergency, contact Translator Interpreter Services on 131 450."
