[Improve] Use the same formatting for all notifications

The formatting between stars and dopes/nopes is different, which can be a tiny bit confusing.
I'd suggest giving them the same formatting, so it would either say "Sugar got a star from varits_vq" or "varits_vq upvoted Sugar", or something similar.
