To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to chirp_issues
  2. Click on "New Issue"
  3. See error Ghost Emoji 👻 next to "Feature request"

Expected behavior

Ghost Emoji 👻 should be Chirp Emoji 🐣
