Observed with webtrees 2.1.17, RepositoryHierarchy version 1.2.6, and pretty URLs activated.

Example URL: ../webtrees/tree/test/repositoryhierarchy/xref/R10699/delimiter_expression/%2F/command/none

It seems that a "/" string as parameter in the URL is not properly handled => delimiter_expression/%2F/
