Better formatting of REPO sub records

Maybe this should be two issues, but …

1. Suggest making the REPO display within a SOUR a "collapsible" item.
2. Omit fields that are blank.

Well, I do not know what exactly happened. Before your answer, the code was still on my local computer and not synched to Github.

I have now synched the latest code with commit 1ef7029. If you download the main branch, you should be able to test it.
