I'm looking for the Sec fillings like 10-k and 10-q is it possible to get them here?

No, the database doesn't have a quarter/year component on purpose, please see the FinanceToolkit to obtain 10K and 10Q data. If you pull the repository, it now also includes the relevant statistics.
