First of all, thanks for the implementation. I would use the OPFS instead of the cache. Meanwhile even the iPhone supports OPFS. Hopefully soon it will work completely with Wasm without javascript. I think currently you can't access the OPFS with Wasm. But maybe there will be a solution from Microsoft soon.
