Upgrade to .NET 8 RC2 results in e_sqlite3 not found exception

After upgrade of working .NET 7 project to 8.0.0-rc.2.23480.2 following error occurs:

Tested on VS v17.8.0 Preview 3.0.

Solved by installing corresponding .NET web assembly build tools.
