Add automatic phase control

Through allowing automatic phase control it would become possible to automatically go from the 2D Decoherence experiment to the DEER experiments. The 2D Decoherence experiment requires the use of the four normal channels (+x,-x,+y,-y) whist DEER requires the MPFU channels, this can often require a different global phase
