Takeaway messages:
- There is a need to have a setting to control the field offset on the spectrometer. Some people don't calibrate their spectrometer.
- When SNR criteria is used on a Bruker system it should pause the experiment and then continue after the test. This will save repeat scans after the criteria has been met.
- The CP and T2 decays can be too long for fast relaxing systems such that there are not enough points with signal in them.
- The estimated modulation depth should be proportional to the integral of the pump pulse, somehow.
- Only pathways 1&5 should be used for 5pDEER analysis during the measurement. Afterwards model selection should be used
- BUG: it seems to be able to measure beyond the maximum allowed dipolar time. This should be checked.
