See below. I spoke to the user who said he had a normal trade and that it confirmed. EDIT: This is a bot that only buys TF2 keys with metal.

I am very embarrassed. I should have explained - this is a bot that only buys and sells regular TF2 crate keys. The user claims he bought a key with refined, but the log tells a different story. My trade validation has worked perfectly well for over a year.
EDIT: Resolved. Schema language was not set, and returned the schema id instead of the name.
