Cookies are invalid after sometime of logging on.

This is a weird one, but after being logged in for a random amount of time, the cookies for my bot become invalid. It prevents the bot from looking accepting trade offers and finding escrow.
I've tried to find a way to re-authenticate the cookies but I have had no such luck. Any solutions?
