pypandoc cannot convet https url without .html

I use pandoc can convert https://XXXXX,url has not suffix .html,but I use this library it cannot work
raise RuntimeError('Missing format!')
RuntimeError: Missing format!

Hi there.
I would suggest specifying the input format manually
