mvn package fails with a bunch of lines like this:

[FATAL] Non-resolvable parent POM for jetbrains.jetpad.projectional:projectional-deps:1.0-SNAPSHOT: Could not find artifact jetbrains.jetpad:dependencies:pom:1.1-SNAPSHOT in oss-sonatype (https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots/) and 'parent.relativePath' points at no local POM @ line 12, column 11
