"Create virtual environment": All dependencies files are greyed out

Describe the bug
I cannot select any dependency file, all txt files are greyed out.

To Reproduce

1. Create directory with requirements.txt file, containing at least one package
2. Run pycharm .
3. For the dependencies file, browse the file system

Expected behavior
I can select a requirements.txt file
