Packages installed with "--extra-index-url" option not found

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
We have a project with some dependencies installed by pip from pypi.org and others from a corporate server using "--extra-index-url" option .
Despite they all are installed and working, those installed from the corporate server appear as "not installed" by the plugin.
Expected behavior
No errors appear
