Add more options to buildagent filtering

Right now the only thing you get for build agents is all of them. It would be nice to be able to filter on other supported API filter fields.
According to the API, the supported filter fields are: id, name, connected, authorized, enabled, parameter, ip, pool, build, compatible, $singleValue, start
