The HELP command can't redisplay the list of all commands

Entering HELP after entering HELP anything will not display the list of all commands but will instead display the last HELP anything answer.

Example :

HELP SLEEP
SLEEP :
    Sleep for the given number of seconds, or one second if no number is given. Can't sleep more than 10 seconds per command.
HELP
SLEEP :
    Sleep for the given number of seconds, or one second if no number is given. Can't sleep more than 10 seconds per command.

HELP foo
foo is not a recognized command
HELP
foo is not a recognized command
