number of output classes

the num_ouput=21 , that is number of classes , "20 object class + 1 background".
but in the voc 2011 is not any background sample image .
then , should be num_output = 20 ?

@jeansely So FCN is for semantic segmentation, i.e. per-pixel classification. And you have pixels belong to the background class.
