Issue Description
The contact us page just stays to send any queries on the company mail.
Steps to Reproduce
Go to the bottom of the homepage , there click on the about us link
Expected Behavior
There should be a proper contact us form where the user can post there query and drop there contact details.
Actual Behavior
Rather there is just plane text on the page stating to mail queries onto the company mail.
