NFA - A couple of issues with the July Monarchy path

There are some July Monarchy branch focuses that remove natpop popularity, which would be fine, except they're all redundant because it's all removed by event once de Gaulle takes over. So either those focuses need their effects changed or that event does.

Also, some AF ideas aren't removed, modified, or replaced in either July Monarchy path even though it'd probably make sense. Although IIRC some event or another does mention that de Gaulle has quietly integrated most of the Camelots du Roi into the new government, it doesn't really make sense for them to give various military bonuses once he's disarmed them. Replacing the Maurrassisme idea with something else would also probably be a good idea.
