French National State - Philippe Pétain Doesn't Dissapear as Leader & Missing GFX

On workshop version, was able to test to get to Durnmard with the Legion but all that changed as the leader was to an alternate photo of Philippe Pétain. Same happened with Martial Law and Democratic, on Git choosing an alternate outfit gives a blank gfx.
