I don't see a way to do this currently. I intend to use this for deluge and I can specify a specific server now, but it would be nice to have an option to use a full list of available p2p specific servers so it can auto switch if needed

At this moment this is not possible. There are two PR #41 #54 open to make it possible to connect to like p2p servers. You can try them out, I didn't have the time to check them.
