Excessive connection spams with an expired account

I wasn't able to grab any logs for this but I can describe the behavior I ran into.

  1. My NordVPN account expired
  2. nordvpn-proxy was spamming connection requests (and likely receiving errors)

This may also be reproducible with an invalid account.

This was download/uploading an average of 350GB per day.
