Where can I find 'ner_profiling_clinical model to download it?

When you click on the download button, you will find a link in URL bar.

Then you can download it by using boto3. DON'T FORGET TO SET YOUR ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES (SPARK_NLP_JSL license especially).
