Create some basic User application views as per the design of wireframes.

As talked about in the design step of this milestone, the user flow needs to be detailed via #16 before work can continue, so that im not just building random shit into the product/frontend. I don't expect the initial frontend's to be crazily complex, they just need to do the base minimum until the site actually works then the important parts/userflows can be outlined properly and mocked up in a more detailed manner. Id suggest that keeping to the high level wireframes would be enough then after i can do proper design for the frontend with colours and styles and all that.
