Incorporation: As a user I can see a Sidebar Form Locked State

Description
For when the incorporation process has been staked and is available for collective input, we need to show the application details in a locked state
Acceptance Criteria
- an option to see and click edit icon
- an option to see incorporation cost details (initial/ongoing)
- an option to see a locked state for Corporation name (dropdown menu to see alternative Corporation name)
- an option to see a locked state for DAO Purpose
- an option to see a locked state for Nominated Protectors:
- an option to see a Verified/Unverfied label
- an option to see a locked state for Main Contact
- an option to see a locked state for Signing option
