Description
In order ensure all contributors understand what is happening during the incorporation, it is important to show clear logs of all activities related to the incorporation process. These PR includes a list of all logs and the events that trigger them.
Acceptance Criteria
- an option to see a log of actions
- an option to see a input placeholder text
- an option to add a comment
