Support for multiple forces

Problem
Only one Todo List for everyone.

Describe the solution you'd like
Seperate Todo List for each Force.

Additional context
I've tried this mod for my PvP Server, but I found out that it only supports a global Todo List which is shared between all forces, which makes it unsuitable for PvP or Multiplayer with multiple Forces in general.

Huh... That is interesting. I will think about that :) I have no idea how forces work yet. But hopefully it is relatively easy to implement...
