With energy coming in from remotes, it may be worthwhile to invest in a container by the controller, or at least roads

roads seem to go down early enough, a container could be placed using the same code that places the controller link. This would then get destroyed and replaced by the link at RCL 5. Upgraders and runners would then have to treat the controller container the same way as the controller link

There is now a container at the controller, but low RCL energy expenditure remains problematic. There may be a new issue opened up regarding this
