Make printConfig more readable & save in better format

Right now, when in the interactive session, the printed config is just raw json. It would be nice to print it in a more readable format.
Slighty related (but can be handled separately), it would be nice if the json that was saved via interactive session was "prettified" somehow. Right now, it just saves to the file in one long line, with no line breaks.
