kitti_run ve kitti_run_mot

Hello, what is the difference between run_kitti.py and run_kitti_mot.py? It seems both of them uses HOTA metrics (default or if we choose). But run_kitti evaluates the results in 2D boxes and run_kitti_mot uses 3D boxes?
