Flux Layout options

Setting up the WordPress admin options for the new grid system is a challenge, it would be easier to replace the old options and CSS files completely - which is certainly a possibility as it would be easy to maintain backwards compatibility by using Wonderflux filters to replace Flux Layout with static versions of the Wonderflux v1.x system.

Media query config may have to wait until beyond Wonderflux 2.0 to get full WordPress admin options.
