Username Character Limit is Too Short

In the latest version, I can't login because the character limit for the username field is too small for people who migrated their accounts using a long email address. I can type my email in fine, but it says it can't login. It will then close after that. Then when I open it up again, the first character of my login email isn't there. So it's sending "pocalypsing@example.com" rather than "apocalypsing@example.com". to the server.
