Popup template in email field does not work

This is what I see when I use popup as email field template, when I select slidedown I see contact form, but I do not like that option cause after sending email via slidedown then I see empty box on a place of form and it does not close automaticaly.

which template framework are you using ?

Astroid Framework. It uses Bootstrap 5
