At this moment the site does not show any form of message when the download of the archive is completed. The only way by knowing is the progress bar.
This could create confusion whether the site is frozen at 100% or actually finished, due no 'finished message'.
Perhaps a popup like "Retrieving Cookies from the ELO" could be useful in this situation. In this case the popup should show a message like: "Archive download has successfully finished."
