Issues with glitch on scroll related to mobile address bar

Describe the bug
When scrolling on mobile (Andriod Chrome for example) to address bar slides out of view which modifies the height of the viewport. This results in glitches while scrolling.
@JoryHogeveen - Any chance there's a fix or workaround for this? I'm just wrapping up the development of a new site which I'm using off-canvas-sidebars and I'm having the exact same issue as described here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/mobile-view-glitches-on-scroll-to-the-bottom/.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately this won't be fixed very soon as this is a quite difficult one to tackle.
Once there is any progress on this you can find it here.
Since this is an open source (free) plugin; Any help you can provide (testing, resources, coding, anything) if very much appreciated!
