calculate WI for Task1

Hi~
Because Task1 uses the dataset of VOC， the testset of Task1 is voc test split, all ground truth is 20 class, how can I calculate WI for task1, because, WI need to calculate Precision of known+unknown???

I'm confused that all_task_test.txt have 10246（4952+5294）,4952 is voc test split, what is 5294?
coco test split is 5000?

5294 is (1914 + 1642 + 1738); the test images of T2, T3 and T4.
