I tried to decode the Base64 line but cannot.
Please explain what it is. Im not gonna run unknown code on my system

Sorry! Thought that was marked. It's an encoded version of the registry keys used to bypass TPM, RAM, and Secure Boot checks. It's not used anymore; I might as well remove it.
